Pasquale is the best there is! Made it such a smooth process as a first time home buyer. His office manager Keith helped with the process as well and both of those guys made this experience so great for me!

We relied on him to manage the whole selling process, as we were out of state. We did interact directly with him in the pre-listing process. He balanced listening to our desires, and grounding those in the reality of the local housing market. Once we were gone, we relied on his network to advertise the home, and perform small repairs through the sale process. We were able to sell relatively quickly, and he kept us in the loop on the buyers side of things throughout.
