I have known Nicki for years, and we have successfully executed several transactions together over the years. However, nothing in our past prepared us for this most recent Sarasota market. Anyone can do well in an easy market, but only a true market knowledgeable professional with extensive experience and exceptional people skills can successfully navigate a challenging market. Nicki represents all of the above. Nicki tirelessly worked her extensive network, and every issue, to help us find and close on exactly the home we hoped for. It was not an easy process, and there were several different homes in the mix; each with their own challenges. In the end, Nicki led us through all the twist and turns ultimately landing the home we really wanted. Without Nicki I am certain that would not have been the case.

When I found my home, she worked closely with the listing agent, encouraging her that I was credit-worthy and would be a good fit for the neighborhood. After my bid was accepted she continued to guide me through the process to closing, and always available to answer my questions. If not for her personal efforts, I would probably still be looking for a home. Buying a home is hard. Nicki made this as stress-free as possible for me.

Nicki is always a consummate professional with exceptional market knowledge and wonderful interpersonal skills. Her business acumen is only surpassed by her style and approach in working diligently on behalf of her clients. Nicki's poise under pressure is a differentiator, especially in such a challenging (sellers) market. As a buyer, the process has not been easy, but Nicki's unwavering, selfless client-first commitment is to be commended. She does not take the easy approach over the right approach, and there were several occasions that without Nicki's guidance we would have ended up in a situation that was not in our best interest as her client. In the end, Nicki found the ideal situation for all parties (seller and buyer), and I am very pleased with the outcome and suspect the seller feels the same. I highly recommend Nicki Conway to both sellers and buyers as she has represented me in both over the years with the same excellent result.

She was there for 3 days -- 21 showings, 4 offers ! Helped us thru the move and was at the closing to make sure everything went smoothly.
