My house sold in about 2 1/2 weeks and I got what I was asking for. She was great and helped me pack up the car and me pack. She got lunch while we were working . She was great ! Would definitely recommend her.

Nancy Fallon is the best realtor I have worked with. Very knowledgeable and helpful! She knows what she is doing and had excellent suggestions to help my house get sold. She also had excellent contacts of people who could do small jobs needed. Nancy is a realtor that cares and goes above and beyond to help. Very nice but also very smart...no nonsense. I recommend her to everyone I know. It was a pleasure working with her in what can be a stressful situation selling your home. She is a professional and I got a great price for my home...very happy.

Nancy is a true treasure. We were just lucky to find Nancy the first time we were looking for a home in The Villages. She worked with us remotely and sent us photos and videos of possible homes. We drove down from Cincinnati on a Friday after work, met Nancy Saturday about noon, saw 6 homes she had set up for us. We went back for a 2nd look at one on Sunday and wrote an offer. On the drive home Sunday afternoon the offer was accepted. Nancy handled all the paperwork so we could do everything remotely. Whenever we had any questions or needed advice on a contractor she always had an answer. When we.decided to buy a second home as a rental there was no question who we wanted to work with. This time it only took looking at 3 homes to find the right one. Nancy is simply amazing.
