Not to be used.
He got really upset with our buyers realtor and was extremely rude to her because she had trouble sending the signed contract. The fault was with our realtors web site which couldn't except a file larger than 10mb which he admitted to in an email. He still blamed the sellers agent which almost caused the buyer to pull out of the purchase of our home. He later filed a complaint against the buyer's agent which was uncalled for.
