I recently worked with Michael Mahoney and his team to sell my Wash Park home. I can't thank him enough for the above and beyond efforts he made. Michael and his team saved me after an inexperienced realtor priced my home way above (25 -30%) the market. When I fired the realtor and took the listing down, I was a wreck. A trusted friend recommended Michael and I am eternally grateful for the recommendation. Micheal and his team stepped in and took over with amazing staging (thanks to Doris), photos and support. He priced my home with the market knowledge that I had previously hoped for. Micheal and his team's actions spoke louder than words to assure me immediately that I was in the right place. From the day we met until closing, I always felt that Michael had my best interest at heart and this was a huge comfort. Mike Mahoney did an exceptional job selling our home and helping us buy a new home. On the sale side, he was very effective in marketing the house, which enabled us to sell quickly and at the best possible price. On the buy side, Mike spent countless hours helping us to find the right home. Before he even started showing us homes, Mike drove us around various neighborhoods to get a sense of where we would want to live. Mike is extremely insightful and often identified factors that were important to us before we even realized that they were. Once we narrowed down neighborhoods, Mike showed us every home that met our requirements. When we finally found the right home, Mike guided us through the bidding process in a way that enabled us to make the best offer and get the house under contract.

Mike has been great to work with over the years, but he exceeded any possible expectations this year. He was able to tell us what it would likely take to win our dream home in a very competitive situation, then he negotiated with the seller's agent masterfully to make our offering the winner. After that, he worked to get our current home on the market by coordinating tradesmen to get our windows cleaned, new carpet installed, and expert staging in place in just 3 days. The home hit the market the weekend after winning our dream home and sold quickly and for more than we could have hoped for. I'd recommend Mike to absolutely anyone that wants to work with a very trustworthy agent that understands the emotions associated with buying and selling a home.

Michael is not only highly professional, ethical and applies his deep experience in Denver to his services, but he is great to work with. One of the most valuable things a broker offers is guidance. He helped us navigate this crazy real estate market to our great benefit! There were also several times in our purchase and sale process where Michael had to give us a reality check. He did it in a kind and gentle way, but it turned out to be golden advice. Very much appreciated!

Michael helped me find a home in the south Denver area during the summer of 2021. I have bought and sold homes in other cities and I have to say that Michael was the best agent I have ever worked with. His attention to detail, knowledge of the market, and insight into what I was looking for in a home was truly exceptional.
