The wonderful experience with Michael in looking for our dream home couldn't have been better. He was so willing to drive us around, show us exactly the kinds of properties we wanted to see. We didn't have to go through places that weren't in our price range or didn't meet our specs. His communication was always quick and positive. Seemed very knowledgeable in the entire process - knew exactly what to do and when.
We wanted/ needed to sell our home fairly quickly so we could use our equity in a business purchase. A bad market, right in the middle of the holidays (a notoriously bad time to sell) with multiple homes for sale on our block did not bode well for us. Even though we had an excellent outcome selling a house with Michael Hooper 6 years earlier, we interviewed 2 other realtors as well. They all had the same likely selling range, but the other two wanted us to invest significantly in improvements before putting the home on the market. We had a luxury home to begin with and didn't want to sink additional capital into the home. Michael agreed that we could market it, essentially as is, and focused on promoting the home's value and unique attributes which could not be duplicated. In a very tough market, we sold our home in about 6 weeks right in the middle of the price range predicted by all 3 realty companies. Great job Michael! Thanks!
