43 real estate agents in Centerville

We had stalled with another agent despite trying a number of different strategies. Dan came in with some bold suggestions and the enthusiasm we were looking for. We were confident in his recommendations and he had the improvements well underway the same day. Dan knew exactly how to stage the house and brought in everything needed to do it. This was the guidance and expertise we definitely needed. He had professional photography and videography produced to help present our home in its best light. Once it was on the market, Dan created an online presence that was second to none! You couldn’t search for a house in Davis County without coming across our listing. The marketing materials he and his colleagues created were top-notch. Dan and his team held an Open House each weekend, providing lots of publicity and following up on every lead. We had several interested parties and multiple offers. Throughout the process, we were confident that Dan expertly represented our interests at every turn. Once we had accepted the final offer on our home, he made sure every deadline and hurdle passed without skipping a beat. Listing our home with Dan was the best decision we made. If only we had listed with him from the start. The key truly is listing with an expert in your area. Dan is the guy to go with in Davis County! We would recommend him to anyone ready to sell their home!

Dan Nix, has a keen insight into the real estate market of David county. He listened to my desires in a home and provided invaluable comments and suggestions in helping me find the home that worked for me

She was very understanding, insightful and giving us the best advice at all times. Issues that came up, she was a lioness and went and took care of them, fast! At no point she was pushy, just taking care of business, no matter who we were or the value of our asset. Very professional indeed. We highly recommend her services. Thanks Cindy!

As a first time homeowner, unfamiliar with the process, I knew that there were a few things that I wanted in a realtor: -Patience, in order to answer all my anxiety-driven questions -Flexibility, because myself and my partner both lead busy lives and needed someone that would work with our schedules -Organized and detailed so that even when things feel chaotic, I could count on her to keep everything straight -Straight forward, and not too timid to voice opinions/concerns, both positive and negative -Honest, for obvious reason -Excellent communicator, because sometimes we need a lot of follow up, reminders, and check ins to get things done, And most importantly... Experience. It was incredibly important for us to have a realtor that knew the business, and that could give us information and direction that came from real life experience, and not a handbook. For us, that was invaluable. Cindy not just met, but far exceeded all of our expectations. Her professionalism, encouragement, and fun personality, were all just the sprinkles on top. If you are looking for top tier, Cindy is your gal. 10/10 would recommend, and will absolutely go to her again for our next home purchase, and recommend to all out family and friends!

Cindy was professional and knowledgeable and helped us navigate the challenges of selling a home in a tough market. Her suggestions were great and we really enjoyed working with her. She was very communicative and kept us in the loop about everything that was going on and helped make the experience as positive for us as it could be. We would recommend her and her team to anyone!
