Michael went above and beyond every step of the way on our journey to purchase a house. He provided location and school info, personal insight, and advice before we even saw our first home. He worked around our very limited availability (moving from out of state) and kept us up to date on new listings. House buying can be confusing but Michael walked us through our offer, the inspections, counter offer, and finally the closing. He went to bat for us and negotiated with the seller to accept our offer and eventually also extend the closing. He had great recommendations and when our lender failed, Michael suggested another who was able to get it done. Without Michael we wouldn't be in our home. After having worked with multiple real estate agents in our life, I can easily say Michael is the absolute best. Thank you, Michael!
