He advised us on staging (and even provided a few items!), analyzed the local market, answered many texts/phone calls, and was always patient. In addition, he explained pros/cons of various offers and comments, which helped us adjust our expectations as needed.

Mr. Dove is amazing!! As first time sellers, we were pretty nervous about the whole process - but his promptness, knowledge of the market, and good energy made a potentially chaotic situation super simple. Mr. Dove was very patient with us, which was nice with our crazy work schedules and kids. His cool and calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave us the confidence that he would get the job done - and boy did he! If we were worried about anything, he would say “don’t worry, I got it.” And he would really have it. We cannot say enough good things about working with him.
