I was looking to rent an apartment in southern Broward County, and a dear friend referred me to Scott Lehr. Scott then assigned me to who I consider to be his best agent, Gloria Feliz. Gloria Feliz was exactly the right person at the right time for me. We met twice – the first time she showed me four apartments that were in price range, but really far from my desired neighborhood. At our second meeting a few days later, Gloria showed me five apartments in Hollywood. She really hit the nail on the head.. We found a great little apartment in a quiet neighborhood at a reasonable price. I truly believe that I found a wonderful new friend in Gloria. Her caring, compassion, professionalism, and willingness to try to match up all of my requirements really helped me through this difficult move. In addition, Gloria took the reins and stayed as my main contact throughout the leasing process, so much that I didn’t even communicate with the property manager until after I moved in. This took a lot of stress off of me. I highly recommend Gloria Feliz. She will give her all to find you the most appropriate and best home. And she will become a really good friend to you.
