He advised us on staging (and even provided a few items!), analyzed the local market, answered many texts/phone calls, and was always patient. Mr. Dove is amazing!! As first time sellers, we were pretty nervous about the whole process - but his promptness, knowledge of the market, and good energy made a potentially chaotic situation super simple. Mr. Dove was very patient with us, which was nice with our crazy work schedules and kids. His cool and calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave us the confidence that he would get the job done - and boy did he! I just want to start with I have never laughed so much in my life as I have looking for houses with Michael Dove. We could honestly write a book about the journey we took. This man took me to see every house I wanted to see in Gastonia, NC, York SC, and Clover SC. We learned very quickly that pictures could be very deceiving and to always look up the street view before going lol. Michael is a very caring realtor and if he thinks the area or the house is not for you, he will tell you. He will not just try to sell you on anything just to make money. He wants to make sure his clients are going to be safe and happy above anything else. He is not in this profession just to make money but to make your home buying dreams come true.
