After that it was a breeze—he handled so much behind the scenes so we could have a smooth experience. He was always available for any questions no matter the time of day. He spent several hours at our house helping us get it ready for showings and always had an upbeat and positive attitude! With his help and through all the hard work he did, we were under contract above listing after our first showing!! After that, he traveled and took videos of potential homes for us when my husband and I were unable to make the showings when they were available so that we could still have a chance in this market to get our dream home! We found our dream home in no time that had everything we were looking for AND was under budget!
