Mike is a huge nerd. When you think about it though, to be good at something, you need to be. Some personality traits lend themselves better to certain aspects of business: ethics, knowledge retention, adaptability, enthusiasm, Mike has them in surplus. His contemporaries have said that he is too nice which in a competitive business world can be a detriment, but he does not compromise his impeccable practices and is a relentless asset to work with.
