We were referred to Mauri by a common friend, but still did not know quite what to expect as we were from California and remotely looking for a home in Florida. We signed up with Mauri and exchanged ideas on what we were looking for in the Bradenton area. We flew into town to start looking and Mauri had scheduled a day of visiting multiple homes. It turns out we were most interested in the first one, and later that night, Mauri guided us into placing an offer, which was accepted. Mauri then actually scheduled an inspection for the very next day. All checked out fine, and we thought the rest would be uneventful, until Hurricanes Helene and Milton hit. To say the least, we were a bit freaked out, but Mauri calmly guided us through the process to follow. Thankfully, there was very little damage to the home, but Mauri once again was able to help us with additional inspections to confirm that the home was still a solid deal. all closed smoothly. Thereafter, Mauri continued to follow up with us, as she recommended contractors to help with remodeling and insurance agents to provide homeowners and flood insurance. Now we are two months past closing, and Mauri still calls to make sure all is well in our transition to the Sunshine State. We highly recommend Mauri and most emphatically applaud her calming presence throughout the home buying process, especially in the near eye of the hurricanes. Thanks Mauri!
