Mario was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the process. He stayed on top of the escrow agent to get escrow closed in a reasonable timeframe. Mario was a blessing to have as a realtor. Be worked very hard I said if you do the work I will do the work and we seen a lot of houses. He knows how to talk to people and what I appreciated was he wants to let you control the temp of your search. He said we have weekend warriors and the ones that have the opportunity to look at a place with a 30 minute notice. If you ask to see thats just what he did than in to the next until you catch what your looking for. With knowledge some team work we found what I wanted the 3rd try in 4 weeks. Not a day over.
