I have no complaints. Mario went above and beyond his duties to help me and my family find a home. He was quick to respond and if he didn't know something he knew where to go to find out and would get back to me very quickly. He was patient, kind and very easy going. Always gave update as soon as he heard anything or saw anything new. 10/10 would definitely recommend Mario to anyone looking to buy a home be it first time like myself or revisiting the market. He didn't just help me search in the local area he helped me look in outlying areas where he ultimately found my family the perfect first home!

It has taken me a bit to write this review, but Mario deserves no less. He is the man that will get you the best house in the toughest market. Not only did he assist my wife and I while we were out of the state, but when we visited the local area he took the time to ensure that we viewed as many homes as possible in a short amount of time--all while provide excellent advice on what to do to land the house. Additionally, once our offer was accepted, Mario worked directly with the loan originator in order to ensure that everything was going smoothly. This includes contacting the lender, working with the seller's agent, communicating with the VA loan inspectors, and the million other things that comes with purchasing a home. If I could give higher than 5/5 I would, and anyone not considering Mario as their next lender is a fool.
