I had a good experience working with Mr Falconi. He communicated very well and was always available to answer any questions or anything I may have been curious about. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know would say I will get back to you when I have an answer. He emailed me many homes in my price range in the areas I was interested in. Together we worked very hard and well together and I was in my new home in 4 weeks from the first handshake when I met Mario. I pushed myself and Mr Falconi was there everystep without any excuse or reason why he can't make it or is busy. With a call or text we were able to view the homes I wanted to see until I viewed the house I decided to take off the market. Mr Falconi was a great help and I know help the whole process for me happen quickly. I was very fortunate.
