Mario Falconi was the nicest Realtor I've had the pleasure of working with. He didn't reject me for my financial situation, instead helped me every step of the way to find the perfect home for my budget. He even went above and beyond his call of duty by looking for something I wouldn't have been able to afford and negotiate it down to the perfect fit. He didn't act like some realtors and salesmen that try to shove the most expensive thing down your throat till you cave in. Rather He let me guide the experience with what I thought I could afford and guided me through what the VA would or would not accept. Very down to earth and knowledgeable of the market. When we were getting into buying property, agents didn’t have the same vision as us. We met Mario in the middle of a showing with his clients and we immediately knew he was the realtor that we needed. He showed us properties that we needed for ourselves and as well as for a rental.
