When we were first introduced via our lender, he was on top of sending us options for homes from the word go. When we were able to explain the home size and other wish list items he obliged. We explained we didn’t want to be house poor so he catered to those requests, sending homes that would fit the budget we stayed would be comfortable with.

Mario is a solid cat. This was my first home purchase and Mario worked day and night to help me get the home I loved. I had to deal with a horrible and unresponsive seller and sellers agent. From the beginning (loan approval) to end (closing), Mario did an exceptional job, anything and everything that needed to be answered and if he did not have the answer, he got it speedily. Purchasing a home could not have gone any easier because Mario was there by our side. He was even able to refer us to a handyman to get some service request completed after move-in, ie installation of shower doors, installation of ceiling fans. Mario, you made the process very simple.
