I had my home on the market with another Realtor 5 months, I was getting plenty of foot traffic but I just couldn’t get it sold. THE DAY Marcy listed the home, someone wanted to buy the house- upon inspection of the home it was discovered I had an issue with my roof. The seller pulled out of the deal and Marcy and her staff found not only another buyer, but a back up buyer all within a matter of days. Marcy, her staff and Berkshire Hathaway’s concierge service were there every step of the way- I NEVER had to worry about taking care of any details- they took care of everything. My home, for some reason, posed several challenges and Marcy and staff addressed each one head on. I will be forever grateful to her and Berkshire Hathaway for guiding me through a very difficult process.
