Trustworthy and diligent!!
Choosing an agent is so important whether selling or buying. I was nervous, did research on several, had one selling himself so emphatically and turns out he was an outright liar. Honesty is what I found in Marcia, not selling false hopes and deception. She is an attentive, friendly, and wonderful real estate agent. I feel such satisfaction in having chosen her to be my agent. My transaction had many ups and downs due to unforeseen issues which she tolerated with such a level-headed demeanor. I would gladly use her again and plan doing so in purchasing rather than selling transaction soon.
