Exceeded Expectations! What can I say? Logan is the absolute best agent I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. After a rather long drought from being a homeowner (comprising a few decades), I jumped back into the housing market earlier this Fall while searching for my first home in Colorado. My partner had employed M. Logan Neubert in her past housing search and was happy to engage him again for this more recent iteration of home hunting. Logan strived to understand our needs and sought out properties that met them. He was patient with my inexperience and helped me understand all the nuances of house buying. In short, Logan is an excellent realtor. His primary strengths reside in his consistency in communication, with an especially speedy response time to all of our inquiries. We found him excellently versed in the complexities of house buying, from the conditions of HOAs (by simply surveying communities) to the rigors of financing, and a multitude of other factors in between. We just recently closed on our new home in Lakewood and found the experience enjoyable and ultimately successful. A major reason for the success was Logan’s service as a shepherd through the process. After weeks of Zillow frustration, I had almost given up on purchasing land in Colorado. One of my best friends recommended I get in contact with our snowboarding buddy from Breck, Logan! By closing he was an expert on zoning regulations for Fremont County, and provided me with all the information and links that I will need going forward. He could have got me in contact with the right people and that would have been great. However Logan went way above and beyond for what I’d expected of a realtor (especially since the vacant lot was not a huge commission for him) He put in the extra work, even over the Thanksgiving holiday, and found me the perfect piece of land. We closed last week and I can truly say that Logan negotiated an amazing price and provided me with the easiest real estate purchasing experience ever!
