After a rather long drought from being a homeowner (comprising a few decades), I jumped back into the housing market earlier this Fall while searching for my first home in Colorado. After weeks of Zillow frustration, I had almost given up on purchasing land in Colorado. One of my best friends recommended I get in contact with our snowboarding buddy from Breck, Logan!
