Working with Lindsay was incredible from the very start. She was able to somehow work with our schedules to get showings for all the houses we were interested in, and pulled tons of information before we saw each house. She is a wealth of information when touring houses as well. From there, Lindsay worked with us to get a competitive offer and guided/informed us of everything along the process. She explained everything step-by-step and made sure we knew important dates and what to expect next. I always felt that Lindsay was advocating for us and was so incredibly supportive of everything. She even got us some great resources/contacts for work we wanted to get done on the house. If you're looking to buy or sell a house, Lindsay is your girl. My husband and I worked with Lindsay after meeting her at a friend’s wedding and learning about her extensive knowledge of the market. We can’t rave enough about everything she did for us! Lindsay is very well-informed, not just about the Denver area, but about small details in homes, things to look for construction-wise and the minute items you wouldn’t normally think about. Lindsay went above and beyond to get our house sold. As soon as we told her we would like her to sell our house she spent a few hours and helped us declutter and got it staged put it on the market and 2 days later she had an offer!! Lindsay and her team are awesome I highly recommend her!!

Lindsay is a phenomenal agent. She walked us through every step of selling and buying. She made herself available at anytime making sure any questions we had were answered. Lindsay did not make us feel pressured at all which was very comforting. Throughout the process we knew she had our interests as her priority.

Regarding my homebuying experience with Lindsay, she provided transportation to and from the sites which I had selected, several of which were located a significant distance from one another.
