Whenever I wanted to look at a house Leda was very responsive and available to accommodate my schedule. Navigating this process alone, she gave me so much support that went beyond what I expected a realtor to do. She was patient and genuinely wanted to help me find the best home that checked all of my boxes. I would use her again in a heartbeat! She made sure that something that we found in inspection got addressed by the seller prior to the close of the house. I highly recommend her and I’m so excited about my new house!

This is now the second house that Leda has sold me and she sold two of mine. Leda goes completely above and beyond no matter what the circumstances are to make her client happy. This particular house was an absolute challenge because of the seller but Leda jumped in and kept us moving. She put up with me constantly asking questions and if she didn't know she made sure she found out. If I ever buy another house Leda will definitely be who I choose, that is if she will have me again after this one. I have no idea how many houses she took me to that I said absolutely not, at the very least it had to be 20 and because of the market they were all over the place, maybe 3 I said maybe to, and then one that I said this is the house. Leda knows her stuff, she knows if something just isn't right and will point it out so you can decide. She has a vast background with construction and how things should be. Leda discusses everything with you, she has a knack for research and she is excellent at it. She sees things that you don't and will make you aware of it; flood areas, wet basements, leaky roofs. Leda is an Angel in disguise. Thank you, Leda! You are an absolute Gem!
