Whenever I wanted to look at a house Leda was very responsive and available to accommodate my schedule. This particular house was an absolute challenge because of the seller but Leda jumped in and kept us moving. If I ever buy another house Leda will definitely be who I choose, that is if she will have me again after this one. I have no idea how many houses she took me to that I said absolutely not, at the very least it had to be 20 and because of the market they were all over the place, maybe 3 I said maybe to, and then one that I said this is the house. Leda knows her stuff, she knows if something just isn't right and will point it out so you can decide. She has a vast background with construction and how things should be. Leda discusses everything with you, she has a knack for research and she is excellent at it. She sees things that you don't and will make you aware of it; flood areas, wet basements, leaky roofs.
