Janet was outstanding. Through the process of moving across multiple states from the East Coast - she helped find a house in East Grand Rapids that met our needs. The best part of Janet is she serves in every way! We had some issues post closing with our house transaction and Janet went above and beyond after the sale to finish out the expected projects to be completed to what our seller committed to. She was willing to hire contractors and completely went out of her way to accommodate all our needs. She is awesome!

After our first buyer fell thru due to financing issues, we thought we would have no trouble getting our next buyer... but then the market got soft over the summer and nothing was really happening. We had already bought our new home and moved, so we were eager to get this one sold. Kim scheduled many open houses, worked on marketing materials and techniques, talked to people constantly trying to get our former home noticed and sold. In the fall when things picked back up and we had more and more showings, Kim was always available to answer buyer questions, to do the work to get the sale closed. She is a great partner, very supportive, extremely positive. She helped keep us in good spirits despite being discouraged at circumstances outside of our control. There is no one else I would want by our sides to help buy or sell a home!
