We went thru quite a number of homes that we looked at, and she was very patient with us, and extremely helpful. She was always there to answer any questions we had. I have known Kim for years and this is the second home I have bought with her as my agent. She takes calls and texts all times of day and night and is willing to do what it takes to reach out to other agents, to help find the perfect home, get you in there and get the perfect offer written. Her positive attitude, cheerful disposition and encouraging nature helps make a sometime difficult and stressful process much easier. Stacey listed and closed on this lot in very short order. The transaction was done remotely, without issue. Although this transaction must certainly be of minor priority compared to others that she was working, her effort never gave the impression that it was not a priority, and she was giving her best effort.
