Tommy was great to work with! We have not purchased a home through our realtor in a very long time, and he was very patient and responsive to us! We felt that he was honest and appreciated the fact that he went above and beyond to always respond to our questions, no matter what time of day. Being that we lived two hours away, he put in time on the weekends and made every effort to make sure he could accommodate our schedule and travel time. We especially appreciated his eye for detail. He noticed imperfections and things to question that we may not have noticed.

After our first buyer fell thru due to financing issues, we thought we would have no trouble getting our next buyer... but then the market got soft over the summer and nothing was really happening. We had already bought our new home and moved, so we were eager to get this one sold. Kim scheduled many open houses, worked on marketing materials and techniques, talked to people constantly trying to get our former home noticed and sold. In the fall when things picked back up and we had more and more showings, Kim was always available to answer buyer questions, to do the work to get the sale closed. She is a great partner, very supportive, extremely positive. She helped keep us in good spirits despite being discouraged at circumstances outside of our control. There is no one else I would want by our sides to help buy or sell a home!
