Once that home sold, I was ready to buy a new home and he looked continuously for that home for me. He took me to quite a few options but they never quite struck the right chord with me. Finally, he showed me one that ticked off so many of the boxes that I had identified as needs and/or wants! He helped me put in the right offer and it was accepted. YEAH!! One of the many traits I appreciated about him was when I would apologize for taking me to so many homes that I said no to, he always stated "I love this part of the process and love showing my clients a variety of options". That reassured me that I was not wasting his time and he truly wanted me to find the right place to live.
