Carrie was so knowledgeable not only about the area and market which was important since we made the move from Chicago, she was also just an expert in her industry. She explained everything to my husband and I so clearly about the process, our options and every little detail we had questions about. She was extremely responsive and was able to make fast. Carrie helped us negotiate a tough deal and get the house we loved at a price we felt great about. She even recommended we go see a home based on the needs we had described to her that I wouldn’t have picked… and it’s the house we ended up buying! She knew what we would like more than we did :).
