This particular house was an absolute challenge because of the seller but Leda jumped in and kept us moving. Leda knows her stuff, she knows if something just isn't right and will point it out so you can decide. She has a vast background with construction and how things should be. Leda discusses everything with you, she has a knack for research and she is excellent at it. She sees things that you don't and will make you aware of it; flood areas, wet basements, leaky roofs.
