My experience with Lawanda has been amazing! She took her time to really get all the details I was looking for in a house. It was my first time doing this process and Lawanda shared so much knowledge and made sure I was comfortable with it all. Step by step she answered any questions and gave support by making sure I understood each process. Lawanda and Paul are amazing realtors! Will recommend them!

Lawanda is an absolute Angel to work with! I was stationed to Columbia and in a military school and she literally updated me every 2 weeks on the progress of my home and was always so professional. When things were needed and wanted from me she made sure to communicate that effectively to the builder. She’s VERY knowledgeable and knows what she’s talking about. She went above and beyond for me and my new house. I would recommend her to anyone ESPECIALLY if you’re in the service and looking to buy she’s prior service herself and was so helpful in providing me with so many resources to take advantage of as a first time homeowner! She’s the BEST!!

I can’t quite put into words how extraordinary Lawanda is at her job. From the very beginning she was warm, personable and informative. She ensured we were informed and comfortable every step of the way. She truly holds your hand throughout the process. Lawanda went beyond her duty as an agent and she did it all with a smile.
