I want to start by saying Melissa Bravo-Rivera is an amazing realtor. She is patient and helpful and very friendly with me and my husband. Every question and concern we has had she help us through everything and i am so grateful for all the help she has giving us through our first home purchase. She has great customer service and I 100% recommend her for other families or anybody in general if they are looking forward to purchasing a home. I am more than satisfied with my new home purchase. This review is long overdue, but we wanted to share our experience working with Julie from The Flores Group at eXp Realty. She was so easy to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, we had plenty of questions and concerns, and she was always available and patient with us. We also want to highlight Alfonso, who knows the ins and outs of the process and is especially knowledgeable when it comes to assisting military families, given his own service background. We highly recommend Julie and the entire Flores Group team!

Julie was amazing from start to finish. She was so patient and knowledgeable. From working long distance and sending us videos to finally meeting and doing in person walk throughs, The Flores group worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect match. Anything we asked regarding the city Julie also had an answer for that! We had a great experience using the Flores group and would highly recommend to anyone.
