With only two days available to tour homes in person, Julie helped us narrow down listings based on our criteria weeks before we arrived, making our limited time on the ground much more productive and less stressful. Even after we returned out of state during negotiations, inspections, and repairs, Julie and her team stayed in constant contact with the seller’s agent and contractors to ensure everything was completed on time. When we permanently arrived in Columbia, we were able to close and get the keys to our new home without added stress. We highly recommend Julie and her team, especially to military families navigating a relocation on a tight timeline. Alfonso and team were just awesome to deal with. From the first meeting until closing it was extremely easy and efficient. From being able to review properties online, to sending videos, virtual walk throughs, and taking my wife around town showing houses the team was always there. My wife and I relocated from out of state and I know that without the team this never would have been accomplished. I can’t thank them enough!
