Lawanda is an absolute Angel to work with! I was stationed to Columbia and in a military school and she literally updated me every 2 weeks on the progress of my home and was always so professional. When things were needed and wanted from me she made sure to communicate that effectively to the builder. She’s VERY knowledgeable and knows what she’s talking about. She went above and beyond for me and my new house.
