I can not say enough great things about Lauren! We are on our 2nd house using Lauren and she goes above and beyond for her clients. From us buying a house remote in Washington state, she went through so many neighborhoods facetiming us to make sure we liked the surrounding areas in Tampa. Dealing with builders, to contracts and assuring everything is in our best interest, she is by far the best real-estate agent we have ever used and are so thankful for her.

Lauren is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. We were first time homebuyers, and she made the entire process incredibly manageable. I cannot recommend Lauren enough. A few reasons why: - Responsiveness: every text / call / email we had was promptly met with an answer. In the event we sent her a message late in the evening, we had a response waiting for us before we were out of bed the next day. - Diligence: Lauren was incredibly organized throughout the entire process, with clear instructions on the actions we needed to take. She definitely guided us through the process. - Expertise: Lauren knows the Tampa / Saint Pete area like the back of her hand, and knows the home buying process possibly even better. We had full confidence in every recommendation from houses to look at, to how to handle the later stages once we had an offer accepted. - Energy: simply put, Lauren was a pleasure to be around.
