Lauren is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. We were first time homebuyers, and she made the entire process incredibly manageable. I cannot recommend Lauren enough. A few reasons why: - Responsiveness: every text / call / email we had was promptly met with an answer. In the event we sent her a message late in the evening, we had a response waiting for us before we were out of bed the next day. - Diligence: Lauren was incredibly organized throughout the entire process, with clear instructions on the actions we needed to take.
