This was my second time using Kristin as a realtor, and there is a reason that I came back. The first time was as a buyer's agent, this time selling. The team of Kristin and Amy sold my house during a pandemic. That should be enough said! We listed my property 3 days before the "first" California shut-down and therefore were unable to host a single traditional open house. Leave it to Kristin and Amy to start innovating! Why would you hire anyone else? Bright, personable and very hard working. I have never seen a Real Estate agent so willing to help prepare a property for sale. Kristin's marketing skills are matched only by her awesome communication (received helpful replies to messages, whether sent 7 am or 10 pm!). She helped on site with many little details that needed addressing throughout the process, and really came through to help meet various deadlines and bring the home to market on schedule. When offers came in, she negotiated the price well above asking. Do yourself a favor and contact Kristin and let her impress you herself.
