Kris was amazing to work with during the sale of our house. He came over to take a look, brought over estimates and comps, and took the time to walk us through everything. He scheduled the photos, showings, and the open house, and kept us updated on everything. He was available whenever we had questions or concerns and was super responsive. As offers came in, he kept us informed and guided us on what the best choice would be for us. On top of all of this, he is simply very friendly and great to be around! I would recommend Kris to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!

Kris was very knowledgeable throughout the process. He came in with a number in mind, listened to our concerns walked us through his thoughts, and sold our home at then price he suggested. At the 11th hour the realtor of the other buyers wanted us to start make concessions on the deal. Kris kept us assured everything was fine and he made sure we were able to close without any issues.
