Kimberly was recommended to me as "the very best". I have to say that I was skeptical when I heard this, but, over the several months we were selling our property in the District, I came to fully agree. Kimberly is truly a "super agent". She is what we all look for in a real estate agent and rarely, if ever, find. Smart, knowledgeable, resourceful, compassionate, and patient yet brutally efficient and effective. My one regret of having worked with Kimberly is that I I fear no real estate agent I will work with in the future could ever come close.
Kimberly is incredibly knowledgable of the DC, MD, VA real-estate market. She has years of experience. She is efficient and gets results. She has assisted my family with multiple home sales and purchases in DC and MD over a several year span. If I have a need for a real estate agent again, I will be giving her a call. We worked with Kim to purchase a home in a tight market where homes move quickly. Kim was very responsive in answering our questions, having knowledge of the properties and neighborhoods, and in meeting with us. This was during the hectic holiday season and Kim was always accommodating of our requests to tour homes. We always had plenty of time to view the homes. She helped us "envision" the possibilities for the properties as well as offered honest opinions about limitations and areas needing improvement. Kim walked us through the entire process of making the offer and negotiating price. Again, she was available for odd hours phone calls so we felt informed and comfortable with the back and forth offers with the seller's agent. The firm she works with for home inspections was very thorough and gave us a lot of confidence that we understood the characteristics and needs of the property. The firm she works with for closing made the closing procedures almost effortless.
Not only did Kimberly meet all the criteria listed above, she has an impressive quality of listening to you in a very serious, focused way. She suggested changes that were realistically within our means and made practical suggestions. I was grateful not to be pressured to transform the house. Kimberly understood my house's desirable features, and suggested the highest list price of the realtors whom I interviewed. She then sold it in four days for $80,000 over list price. I think it was because she staged it so well, and had great photos taken.
