Kimberly is one of the best real estate agents in the D.C. area, and knows the market in upper NW like the back of her hand -- neighborhoods, people, and specific homes -- from her years of experience as an agent here. She helped us purchase a house this summer, and did a terrific job helping us work through some (modest) hurdles with the seller. She was thorough, and firm, and we worked together well. She called in favors to get a top-notch inspector out to the house quickly, and she helped us work through title insurance and closing. She's also exceedingly responsive -- impressively so. We've worked with a number of other realtors, and she is by far the most responsive. Top notch marks across the board. I'm a tough customer, and give her my highest recommendation.

Kimberly expertly guided me through each step of contract negotiations through settlement. She patiently showed me a dozen houses and was instrumental in my purchase and settlement for my new house. One strength is communications--she promptly answers each text, email, or phone call, and she deals with other agents with the utmost professionalism. We worked with Kim to purchase a home in a tight market where homes move quickly. Kim was very responsive in answering our questions, having knowledge of the properties and neighborhoods, and in meeting with us. This was during the hectic holiday season and Kim was always accommodating of our requests to tour homes. We always had plenty of time to view the homes. She helped us "envision" the possibilities for the properties as well as offered honest opinions about limitations and areas needing improvement.
