Kimberly Cestari is a rock star. She did a fantastic job on the sale of our property at American University Park in Washington DC. The Sale of our house was especially challenging because we had tenants in the property and had to give them TOPA notices as well as having to do extensive renovations in the house. Kimberly came to the rescue like a super hero which she is. She met with our tenants and handled all tenant rights issues and found our tenants a new house. She also worked with our contractor on specifics of our renovations. She recommended really good sub-contractors and worked with us through out the renovation phase which is rare with other agents. She listed the house and had multiple open houses. She scheduled meetings with Real Estate agents after these open houses and updated us as the process progressed. We received an offer and she was very detailed explaining the terms of the offer. We accepted the offer and we thought she was done.
