Kim Wong Balisacan is a fourth-generation Chinese American, born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. A graduate of St. Andrew’s Priory School, Kim pursued higher education in Santa Barbara and San Francisco before embarking on a global journey to nearly 20 countries. She later returned home to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
In 2004, she joined her real estate brokerage at its inception—a career move that quickly proved to be a remarkable success.
Kim has been nationally recognized for outstanding real estate performance for over 21 consecutive years. Her career includes participation in more than 412 closed transactions totaling over $253 million in sales, a testament to her consistent results, market expertise, and client-first approach.
Her accolades include being named one of the Top 100 Realtors in the State of Hawaiʻi, as well as being recognized as a Top Performer in 2020 and 2021 by Hawaiʻi Business Magazine. She has also been voted Best in Real Estate by Honolulu Magazine multiple years.
Most recently, Kim earned RE/MAX National Awards in both 2024 and 2025, further solidifying her status as a globally recognized RE/MAX agent. Additionally, her excellence in service and production has been honored with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate National Awards for 11 consecutive years, underscoring her sustained leadership and consistency at the national level. Beyond real estate, Kim is deeply committed to her community. She is an ‘A’ali’i Mentor, a founding member and current chairperson of the Kokua by REMAX Hawaii Committee (since 2017), and serves as Vice President of the Wong Kong Har Tong Society.
