From the beginning of our seller/realtor relationship, we were treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. I had so many questions and they were patient and knowledgeable each time answering them. David met with us for the first time in our home. We knew he was part of the team. That was important to have a face to face conversation because we continued our meetings, conference calls, texts, and emails with Darrell. A big part of the sale was knowing how much the property was worth, the selling price. I expected much more, but Darrell laid out all the facts on the location, selling prices for houses in our neighborhood, and the condition of our house, then the asking price sounded reasonable. Darrell was adamant about selling the house quickly without doing any repairs or upgrades. He did this because there was the volume was so low in our neighborhood. With that being said, Darrell repaired one very damaged window sill himself for no cost to us and he did a nice job. Although Darrell and David allowed us to make all our own decisions they steered us in the right direction. Their knowledge and experience would not allow us to be taken advantage of by the buyers. We appreciated that immensely. Signing forms without Docusign was a problem for me mainly because I was on a trip without all my devices and knowledge to troubleshoot. The sale of the home seemed to take a long time, we figured that was due to crossing t's and dotting i's. We were so happy to get more than the asking price. Goal Achieved! Darrell and David truly cared about who bought our house because they knew we loved our home. We would recommend Darrell and David to anyone either selling or buying a home. They make the experience personal and special. These two gentlemen are down to earth, courteous, honest, and dependable, just the kind of people you would want to work with as partners.
