Kevin was fantastic selling my condo! Highly recommended! He knew the market, what a fair value is, what I can expect, how the condo could be improved if I’d decide so. He was very knowledgeable about the various processes, photoshoots, listing, dealing with potential buyers, Condo Association, mortgage company. He was super responsive, often way ahead of me, very proactive. He is energized, open, kind, thoughtful, dependable, respectful. I was very happy working with him!
