Katie went above and beyond in working with us. She actually worked with us for four months. During that time, my husband became ill and passed away, Hence, I lost his VA loan, and had to find another loan. Through every step, Katie worked with the loan processors to ensure that all paperwork was done in an efficient manner. She always had an answer for all my questions. If she did not know the answer, she would contact the builder or the bank and get back to me as soon as she could. She helped with contacting the utilities, etc., and tried to facilitate our move in any way that she was able. She is the hardest working realtor that I have ever met. She kept us well informed through the whole process. She emailed or called whenever she thought we needed to know if there were any changes. Also she was very prompt when it came to the walk through. She went overboard to make sure everything went on time since we had to drive two days from our home to do the closing then we had to get back home as soon as possible.

We fell in love with Orange Beach on our first visit here and wandered into Remax Orange Beach where we met Katy who was the Agent on Duty. We told her our condo wish list but we weren't sure what we could get in our price range. Katy set to work right away helping us prioritize our wish list with consideration of our price range. We saw several properties the very next day. We returned 2 weeks later with a list of ~15-20 properties we wanted to see and Katy seamlessly arranged all of the logistics in a very short time period, which was a huge amount of work and required amazing organization on her part. We made an offer that same weekend. Katy used an online system to do all of the paperwork which saved us a lot of time and made it very easy for us to conduct transactions from Texas where we live full time. Katy is professional, personable, thorough, knowledgeable about the area and absolutely goes the extra mile. She also has an excellent network of professionals which we were able to tap into for the mortgage and later, repairs to the condo. We closed in October and are already thinking of buying a second property. Katy will be the first person we call, without a doubt.
