I am a believer in doing things right and on time. This world is full of people who neither do things correctly or on time. Katy is a refreshing exception to this common character flaw. If I asked for something, I got it almost immediately. In fact, I don't think more than a minute or two passed before my request was acknowledged and then resolved very quickly. Any issue that arose was handled quickly and professionally. She offered insight without pushing her viewpoint on us.
