Katy was excellent through the entire process. She was very patient with us as we looked for several months before deciding on a condo. The post-contract/pre-closing communications from Katy far exceeded expectations. I was dreading all of the normal issues related to a new property, (utilities, etc), but Katy provided all of the contact information to make the process as seamless as possible. She also provided great referrals to local insurance, mortgage broker, and closing atty companies that greatly facilitated the closing. Katy is a gem. She is always available for my calls and we had 2 very exhausting days of viewing homes due to me being from out of town. I met her through Zillow and we set up viewings that very day I contacted her then came back to the area 2 different times.
