We never felt rushed or that we had to make a decision quickly. Helped us a lot when it was stressful to get everything done. And we were from another state, which made it harder. Also, followed up after the sale. We would use her again for another purchase!

We relocated to Gulf Shores from out of state. We knew we loved this location, but didn’t know much about the residential areas. Katy was able to suggest a number of potential locations that would be a good fit for us: close to the beach, but in an established owner-occupied neighborhood. Katy was very communicative with us; she made sure to check in about new listings that might be of interest to us, researched each home we viewed and was ready with pertinent information such as flood zone designations, insurance costs, HOA fees etc. Katy was never pushy or impatient with us, although it took us 22 months to find the “right” house! In preparation for closing, Katy meticulously handled all the details: the inspections and repair requests as well as communications with contractors, selling agent, and title company.
