My wife and I come to the beach for the Winter. Just for fun we thought we would search Zillow for houses. We found one that looked interesting and punched the “find an agent” link. 15 minutes later we get a call and it’s Hunter. He meets us that evening. It wasn’t the right house for us, but it was the start of our search. We told Hunter what we thought we were after. He searched available listings and we were off on our quest. He took us on several tours, listened to our likes and dislikes and kept looking. We came back to Kentucky and he kept searching for us. We returned to GS in a month for a week to look at some more. We made a couple of offers but each time either the inspection or the counter wasn’t to our liking. We asked a thousand questions and each time he always found the answers. Finally, in April, we revisited one that we had looked at earlier and everything fell into place. The only problem was we were again back in Ky…but no worries, we had Hunter. He got the deal done for us, but that’s not the amazing part. He set up the closing and walked us thru everything we needed to do before and when we got back down there. He did the leg work to transfer the utilities into our name. He took care of setting up inspections…suggested insurance agents, etc. He even remedied the few concerns we had about the property so it was ready for us to move in when we got there. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. We couldn’t have done it without him…and he was professional, knowledgeable and gracious the whole time. The day after we moved in he came by to check on us and brought us a house warming gift. The next day we bought a couch and I called him to ask if he knew anyone who could help us move it. He did. He showed up with another guy from Remax and they moved it for us. Who does that? I wish he was family. No, he’s better, lol.

Hunter is extremely knowledgeable of the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. He is a great communicator and understands the other agents he is working with in the sale of your home. He is extremely professional to his clients and the others he is working with during the sell. He always is willing to go that extra mile for you. He gets to know you and treats you like friends and/or family. His honesty is hard to find these days. This is the 2nd time we have used Hunter and would HIGHLY recommend him as both a selling agent and a buying agent. He works for his clients, and it shows!

Hunter makes it easy. He takes care of everything he can to make it as smooth as possible. He’s professional yet not pushy, and communication was always fast and accurate.

We have used Chuck Norwood several times over the years in real estate transactions. We just used them to sell an investment property and they handled every detail perfectly. We have always been totally happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. I could not recommend them more!

I use the word professional because that is how I’d describe Karen Russo. But at the same time she is warm and friendly and puts you at ease with her excellent knowledge of the real estate market. There were definitely ups and downs while our house was on the market as some offers had complicated contingencies and Karen always clearly explained things to us. She’s also very patient as selling a home can be stressful and she helped keep me relaxed. That can be a big job! She’s just the best!
