She was kind in how she managed our large family and all the personalities that came with that. When we needed more time she was willing to meet up with us again. We had a long list of "wants" with this house and she worked tirelessly with us to tour dozens of homes before we found just the right one. When unexpected things arose that were out of her and our control she talked us through the options we had and in the end helped us get to closing on our little slice of paradise. We had 3 units that we wanted to see, and he was able to get us in to 2 of them, the third was denied twice by the selling agent because the unit was being rented. Once we made our decision on what unit we wanted to purchase, Jon immediately sat down with us (my husband was on via Google Meet) to explain the process, sent the documents for our signature that same day, and we were able to get an accepted offer prior to leaving Alabama. He also set up the inspection for us and worked with the title company and our investor for closing. Not many realtors will travel to another state with you to ensure you are getting a fair price on your purchase, and exactly what you're looking for, but he did it no questions asked. He did whatever it took to ensure that our family's dream of owning a Gulf Front condo came true and for that we will be eternally grateful to him.
